These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the service. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Accounts

You are responsible for the activity that happens under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must provide accurate information and be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service — including attempting to breach tenant isolation, disrupt other customers, or access data you are not authorized to access.

3. Organizations and data

Data you submit within an organization is scoped to that organization. Owners and administrators control membership and may remove access. You retain ownership of your content.

4. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans, where offered, are billed through our payment processor. Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable. We will give notice of material changes to pricing.

5. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms. On termination, we will delete or return your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

6. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. When we make material changes, we will update the version and ask you to re-accept the current version the next time you sign in.
